Throughout my life, I’ve been blessed to meet folks from around the world as I’ve lived in Hawaii for over 10 years. As a native born Californian, I have had the privilege of learning from some of the best sommeliers in the world. My travels took me to Oregon in 2020 where I worked as a wine sales specialist for wineries and international distributors from Italy and beyond.

As a graduate of the National Bartending School, and a certified wine steward who has worked for some of the best restaurants in America - I’m well versed in operating top tier establishments.

Whether you are new to operating restaurants, or you have years of experience - my expertise in the business has caused me to cultivate a deep sense of awareness about which key performance indicators are essential to track in order to keep the restaurant operating smoothly.

My approach to operating bars and restaurants is based on making an assessment of where you’re at, and where you’d like to be. As they say with navigation, a ship that is off by a few degrees from the start, will end up in an entirely different location than it’s original destination. So, it’s important to get it right from the start.

I offer different options for consulting, wine sales training, bartending and mixology training, formal staff service training, point of sales system training, point of sales system programming, management training, plus customized beverage menu design with the option to pair food, as well.
